# AI Converter

AI Converter is a web app for turning painful files into usable data.

Current first module:
- Bank statement PDF to CSV and Excel.
- Preview before paying.
- No charge when confidence is low.
- Paid request flow: choose a file locally, estimate page count, select Starter, Batch, or Pro beta, then continue to checkout when payment links are configured.
- Files selected on the page are used for local estimating only in the current version; the page does not upload bank statements yet.

Planned request-driven converter modules:
- Receipt to expense CSV.
- Screenshot to spreadsheet.
- Audio to notes.

Opening pricing:
- Starter credits: $5 for 25 pages.
- Batch credits: $12 for 100 pages.
- Pro beta: $19/month for 1,000 pages.

Important product truth:
- AI Converter does not yet claim to convert every file type.
- New converter modules are added from real customer requests.
- Accuracy, security, compliance, and supported-format claims should stay limited to what the live product can prove.
- Current live product supports request intake and payment-link handoff. Automated file conversion and secure upload storage are roadmap/in-progress until implemented and verified.
